CONFIRMATION
After your appointment is successfully scheduled you will receive a confirmation email and text within 24 to 48hrs prior to appointment date with the location. Ensure your email and number are entered into your profile correctly. No extra guest are allowed unless they are being serviced.
DEPOSITS
Non-refundable deposits are required to secure any service. The deposit will be credited to your remaining balance.
PAYMENT
I accept Cash or Zelle payment. No other form of payment is accepted.
LATE POLICY
Please ensure you are on time to your appointment! There is a 10min grace period, after 10mins you will charged a late inconvenience fee of $25. After 15mins your appointment will be cancelled and you will owe the remaining balance.
RESCHEDULE
The appointment can be rescheduled ONCE within the same month of previous appointment. The deposit will be credited to the ONE reschedule. The appointment will be canceled and deposit will be forfeited if you cannot make the rescheduled appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours prior to the appointment without penalty, the deposit will be forfeited. No call no shows and same day cancellations will forfeit their deposit and owe the remaining balance.
